Hailing from County Wicklow on Ireland’s East coast, Ríona has been captivating audiences both at home and abroad from a very early age.
Relocating to the musical enclave of Dingle,Co. Kerry from the age of 16, Ríona emmersed herself in the rich folk and traditional music community and developed her love of performance and songwriting.
At the tender age of 18, Ríona released herself titled debut EP of original songs to wide critical acclaim. After receiving encouragement from artists including Glen Hansard and Lisa Hannigan, Ríona went on to open for Irish accordion virtuoso Sharon Shannon and perform the prestigious Other Voices festivals in Dingle, Derry and London.

Teresa Horgan, from Co. Cork, has an emotive singing style. “She has just enough world weariness in her vocals to interpret…songs and make them her own.” – Tony Lawless, Tradconnect. Teresa was immersed in music from a young age, playing with her family and later went on to obtain an honours degree in Irish Music and Dance at the University of Limerick.
She recorded two albums with award-winning Irish band, ‘FullSet’, and one album with guitarist, Matt Griffin, called ‘Brightest Sky Blue’. She was also privileged to perform on the prestigious TV show, ‘The Late Late show’. She has toured extensively and shared the stage with The Chieftains, Declan O’Rourke, Andy Irvine, Lúnasa and more.
Méabh Ní Bheaglaoich hails from Baile na bPoc in the heart of the West Kerry Gaeltacht. Growing up in an incredibly musical household, she learned her music and songs in her native Irish from time spent playing and singing with her family. As a gifted composer of tunes and songs, Méabh’s passion for her language and its traditions is plain to see and is a source of inspiration for many others. She has never been afraid to utilise her platform as a performing artist to raise awareness and start conversations around issues of mental health and personal wellbeing.
In 2015 Méabh released the album Cuisle, alongside guitarist Matt Griffin. The recording almost made itself and provides a perfect snapshot of the music they make together. In 2017, Méabh released her first single Amhrán na nGael to widespread critical acclaim, and she continues to tour with Irish language musical, Aisling? ,directed by Darach Mac An Imoaire ,in which the song first featured.
Matt Griffin is a London native, based in Dingle for many years. He has featured as an accompanist on numerous recordings and has shared the stage with many fantastic artists over the years.
